Guarantee and Return Policy
Pearl’s Pet Food and Treats (also referred to as Pearl’s) promises to deliver high quality products, in a timely manner, to your door. If your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping and handling fees). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

Payment Methods
At Pearl’s, we gladly accept payments through PayPal (preferred method), Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Cashier Check. No COD’s or Personal Checks. Washington state residents please add 8.3% sales tax to your purchase.

Shipping
All products are shipped ground through reliable carriers such as UPS and Federal Express or USPS Priority mail. Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Shipping and Handling fees apply.

Products ordered through our site require you to provide certain personal information regarding your credit card, mailing/delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. This information is used only to process your requested order and is not sold, traded or shared with non-affiliated third parties.
